At Caregiving Careers, Inc. we believe that by creating a more comprehensive approach and clinical design we can contribute to significant improvement in quality of life and care for both the student and those they will serve.
Our Philosophy: A NEW MODEL
The transition in the long term care industry has changed greatly over the past ten years. This transition was designed around a person's right to choose where they lived and prevented anyone from having to move against their wishes if, or when, their care needs increased. Now persons once found primarily living in the nursing home can "age in place" in many other care settings as well.
Caregiving Careers, Inc., along with our clinical partners, believe that it is both beneficial and logical that Nursing Assistant Training courses today offer a "person-centered" approach to support a persons right to "age in place". What better place to start than with the education of our future caregivers and nursing assistants?
Our clinical rotation offers a benefit to traditional clinical experiences by introducing students to a wider scope of care settings. Not only is the potential to develop a better rounded, more knowledgeable nursing assistant available, but, the student has the opportunity to experience multiple settings to find a fit that is right for them.
Next Orientation Classes: Every Tuesday at 9:00am...and every Thursday at 4:00 pm Orientation Classes are good for six months and there is never an obligation...TAKE THE FIRST STEP TODAY...CALL US!
